GENERAL INFORMATION

Most orders are processed and dispatched within two working days, depending on the payment method. All orders are shipped via DHL and require a signature upon delivery.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

WE DO NOT OFFER PAY ON DELIVERY.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINES

  • Orders placed and paid for before 12pm Monday through Friday (EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days
    • Orders paid for via debit or credit card are usually picked up by our courier partners within 24 hours, Monday to Friday
    • Orders paid for via bank deposit are usually picked up by our courier partners the next working day after payment is confirmed
  • Orders placed and paid for on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once the order has been processed and dispatched to our courier partners. Where available, the email will include tracking information when the order has shipped.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. The estimated delivery time is the processing time plus shipping duration

Rest of Nigeria 2-5 working days

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We do not currently offer same-day delivery.

FAILED DELIVERIES

DHL will usually call before making a delivery attempt. If they are unable to deliver a package or reach the customer on the phone to schedule a re-delivery, the parcel will be taken back to their local depot. You can call them to arrange collection at your convenience.
