EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer exchanges for size on all regular-priced EJ Cole products within seven calendar days
- Kindly request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within seven days of the order date to be eligible for an exchange
- CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT EXCHANGED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
- Please note that items that have been altered (resized or engraved) are also excluded from this exchange policy
- Items to be exchanged must be brand new and unworn with the tags intact and in the original packaging
- Please be advised that items without tags cannot be exchanged
- Customers are responsible for sending the returned item securely back to us and for return shipping charges for the replacement
- PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED ONCE PER ORDER
RETURN PROCESS
1. Log into your account and follow the steps below:
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for
- Select the items that you want to exchange
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store
- Click Request return
2. If your return request is approved, you will receive and email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
3. Fill out the required details and follow the shipping instructions to send the returned item back to our online team. You have the following options for sending the item back to us:

Use your courier: You can send the returned item back to us via your preferred courier. Kindly ensure that you use an insured and trackable method as we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit

Use our own DHL account: You can use our DHL account and drop it off at the nearest DHL office. Please see more information here
4. The old order will be cancelled, and your return will be processed as an exchange. We will create a new order for the size you require and send the new ring to you.
USE OUR DHL ACCOUNT
For most customers, this is the less expensive option as they can take advantage of our discounted shipping rates. Simply select the DHL option when requesting your RMA from the Returns Portal and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
If you choose to use our DHL account for your exchange, please note that you would be responsible for all return shipping charges as follows:

EXCLUSIONS
All Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. Please be sure of your size before you order.
Rings that have been altered or customized in any way (resizing, engraving, custom orders) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
